Many people say that hip-hop music today is dead. I'm sure these artists included in this playlist would beg to differ. Not to be on Kid Cudi's jock or anything, but the man keeps coming out with fire. He's on three of the tracks in this playlist. Props to Njbxclusive's number one fan, Shaina Charles for scoping out the mixtapes and finding the sick freestyle he does over the Rich Boy beat. Also Mos Def hops on the "Brooklyn We Go Hard" beat. Artist Spotlight: Naveen Kumar

Njbxclusive would like to put the spotlight on Chicago's very own, Naveen Kumar. Also known as DJ Fin-S, for the past 10 years, this man has been serving up some of the freshest remixes. His genres include, but are not limited to hip-hop, house, trance, and Bollywood. He's performed alongside Jay Sean, Raghav, Tigerstyle, DJ Speed, and Chi-Town's very own DJ Flipside. If you havn't gotten a chance to see him live, he's usually spinning on the weekends at Inferno Lounge in Schaumburg, IL where he's a resident. Below is his latest work, March Madness Vol. II.
