April 28, 2009 Playlist: Jay Sean/Cash Money/Deadmau5=Deadly Combination

Today we give to you the first appearance by Jay Sean on a track by a mainstream U.S. artist. He is featured on the hook of Birdman's song. Cash Money Records sample the remix of Morgan Page's "Longest Road" done by Deadmau5. The song is sure to be on my playlist for weeks to come. Jay Sean sounds too sick on this one. Not to be outshone, other artists on this update also have some quality stuff out. Check out G.O.O.D's very finest in the song "Magic Man". Also Kid Cudi hops on with Black Eyed Peas to do his rendition of "Boom Boom Pow" and there is also a banger out from Pitbull. This update is a very good one. Say what you want about him, but Chris Brown has been steady on the grind in 2009. "Flamethrower" is a pretty decent track that could be a potential single to hit the radio. There are other hot songs in this playlist including a few tracks from Teairra Mari. One has Kanye featured on it. There is a bunch of Ne-Yo and stuff from Lil Wayne out too. Also check out the track by the Dutch singer Esmee Denters. She's been workin on some projects with Justin Timberlake recently and it'll be interesting to see the reception she gets in the U.S.
